Cancellation Policy

We ask that you cancel or reschedule appointments within a minimum of 24 hours in advance to avoid 100% charge for the time and appointments scheduled. In order to provide you with the highest quality of services, a 24 hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We understand that emergencies do happen and appreciate your effort to provide notice to allow the opportunity for another guest to book. Cancellations with less than 24 hour notice, same day cancellations or late arrival, will result in a charge equal to cost of the scheduled services to the credit card on file. Any appointments that are scheduled for 2 hours or longer, a notice of 48 hours is required to schedule changes or cancellations and the minimum cancellation fee is $150 or the cost the appointment, which ever is greater. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late than scheduled appointment time, this will be treated as a no show, we will need to reschedule and the cancellation fee still applies. If you are experiencing any any Covid related symptoms, cold/flu symptoms, fever or simply under the weather in any way at all, we are able to deny service to you, and you will be charged for that appointment. Appointment Modification Policy Please note that if you book a service and decide to change or shorten the appointment, the appointment time may be adjusted based on availability. Should you need to retain the original time slot, the full cost of the initial appointment will be charged, even if the revised service cost is less. This ensures that the opportunity to book the appropriate time for another client is not lost.
