I appreciate and value every guest who chooses to sit in my chair and the time we spend together. To ensure I can give each client my full attention, care, and expertise, all appointments booked through my online system are submitted as requests and are personally reviewed and approved by me. Because I manage each schedule intentionally, availability discussed in person or via text is not guaranteed until an appointment is officially requested online and approved. Occasionally, timing or service selections may need to be adjusted to ensure the proper amount of time and preparation for your appointment. This process allows me to remain fully present as your hair artist while maintaining a thoughtful, balanced schedule that supports consistent care for everyone. All appointments are subject to a 72-hour cancellation policy. For color and extended appointments (90 minutes or longer, including combined services), a booking deposit is required at the time of booking. Deposits are applied toward the total service on the day of the appointment. Cancellations or changes made within 72 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in forfeiture of the booking deposit. For no-shows or same-day cancellations, the booking deposit will be forfeited and a valid card on file is required for future booking approval. Late Arrival Policy To ensure the best experience for every guest and to maintain the quality and safety of services, punctual arrival is important. If a guest arrives more than 10 minutes late, the appointment may need to be adjusted or rescheduled, as there may not be sufficient time to properly complete the service. If an appointment must be rescheduled due to late arrival, it is treated as a same-day cancellation. The booking deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to secure a future appointment. By booking, clients agree to keep a valid card on file. Removing a card does not waive the cancellation or deposit policy.
